Alcudia’s beaches
Alcudia is situated on the north coast of the Island between two bays and has some wonderful beaches, which vary from fine and sandy to pebbles, from small coves to long stretches, from quiet places visited by the locals to those in the tourist centres where several of the best beaches can be found in this area. There are the rocky shores of the Tramuntana mountains where you will find spectacular views or the beaches that stretch into the horizon with fine white sand which are suitable for families and their young children. The town of Alcudia does not have a beach in its own right, they are to be found in the areas to the north – Mal Pas, Barcares and Marina.
