Caló d'en Monjo / Caló des Monjo

This beach is located between l'Olla and sa Llobasa, about 3 kilometres from Peguera.  It is a small beach, about 15 metres long and 4 metres wide, and consists of natural rock, pebbles and shingle.  This unspoilt beach is in a very peaceful setting and surrounded by medium to high cliffs with pine trees that reach to the coastline.  There is a torrent that flows into this u-shaped sea inlet at this cove.  It is a good place to anchor a boat although you need to be careful as there are rocks beneath the surface, as well as a sandbank, and the wind tends to come from the south east.   There is a free car park where you can leave the car and then there is a short walk along a track.  It is uncrowded and mostly used by the local people of the area and it is designated as an official nudist beach, but very few use it.
