Es Calo de Ses Llises
This
beach is situated between Peguera Palmira and Cala Fornells, about five and a
half kilometres from Andratx on the Island of Mallorca. It is a narrow sea inlet which has a quiet
and beautiful cove surrounded by ten metre high cliffs and a pine grove, about
25 metres long and 30 metres wide, and consists of pebbles and shingle. The sea bed has rocks and shingle and at the
mouth of the inlet there is a rock which adults and children use to dive into
the crystal clear water. Boats can be
anchored there and it is open to the winds from the south east and east. It is easy to reach by car and alongside an
apartment block you can park for free under some pine trees. If travelling by bus you need to get off at
Cala Fornells and walk to this beach.
