This beach
is located in the Portals Vells area, about 3 kilometres south of Magaluf on
the south east coast of the island of Mallorca. It is a small beach, about 20 metres long and 100 metres wide, and is a
beautiful with its sandy and crushed shelled beach and quite flat sandy sea
bed. It is a good spot for children and
those wishing to snorkel, as the sea is normally calm. The surrounding area is covered with pine
trees and there are many opportunities for walking along the cliffs or through
the pine forests. During the summer
season it can get quite busy and it popular with yatchsmen anchoring their
boats in the cove. The facilities
include a toilet and a restaurant which is open during the summer season.
