Platja de Tora / Peguera Tora
This
beach is located between the main Playa Palmira beach and the Beverly Playa
Hotel and is the second largest beach in Paguera, on the south west coast of
the Island of Mallorca and is easily accessible. It is a sandy beach with shallow water, about
500 metres long and 40 metres wide, and is bordered with a beautiful pine tree
park which has a children’s play area, making a great place for families with
young children. Next to this park is a
small centre where you will find some shops. There is a bus stop next to the beach and in the pine tree park there is
free car parking. It is a popular beach
with tourists and its facilities include shower, toilet, life guard, first aid,
wheel chair access and the opportunity to hire sun beds, parasols, pedal boats
and other water sports.
