Platja d'es Toro / Platja es Toro / El Toro / Racó de sa Fragata

This beach is located adjacent to Port Adriano (a well known marina), about 7 kilometres from Santa Ponsa on the island of Mallorca.  As you can see from the title it has several different names and is mostly used by the local people of the area.  It is a large sandy beach, about 250 metres long and 10 metres wide, and consists of natural sand.  It is in a secluded place at the bottom of a cliff where water is clear and shallow and the sandy bottom can be stirred up by the currents in the inlet, known as Cala de ses Penyes Rotges.  To access the beach you can use any of the side streets in Peguera and it has disabled access as well.  The beach’s facilities include restaurants, bars, showers, toilet and the opportunity to hire sun beds, parasols and pedal boats.
