Campos beaches

Campos is situated on the south east side of the Island of Mallorca and is a peaceful agricultural town which comes to life on a Thursday which is market day.  You will find a variety of interesting shops, great bakeries, restaurants, bars and a range of different types of beaches.  There are two other tourist towns in the area, sa Rapita and ses Covetes. There is a natural area, about 1,500 hectares, which consists of cultivated areas, the salt tanks, the dunes which run alongside the coast and Es Trenc beach. It is in this area that you will find one of most popular beaches on the Island, Es Trenc, which has three kilometres of fine bone-white sand, crystal clear sparkling turquoise blue water, pretty coves and is somewhere that people enjoy the nudist areas.  It is about a twenty five minute drive from the capital, Palma, and about twenty minutes from the international airport.
