Es Trenc / Platja d'es Trenc
This beach
is located between Sa Rápita and Colonia de Sant Jordi, which is about 6.5 kilometres away and is in an
area of natural beauty on the south coast of the Island of Mallorca. It is a large beach, about 3000 metres long
and 35 metres wide, and consists of fine white sand and sparkling blue water
which slopes gently down and is usually calm, making it perfect for swimming. It is often crowded in the peak summer months
with tourists and the facilities include danger signals, rescue equipment, bins,
an open-air bar where drinks and food can be purchased, and there is the
opportunity to hire sun beds and parasols. It is a designated nudist beach, they do tend to use the furthest side
of the beach. There are a few free
parking spaces and there are two parking lots where you have to pay.
