Llucmajor Beaches

The municipality of Llucmajor, on the south coast of the Island of Mallorca, has a large range of astonishing landscapes with the Randa mountain massif and over 45 kilometres of coastline, including 4 kilometres between Llucmalor and Palma de Mallorca, and Patja de Palma which is also known as S’Arenal.  It is about 20 kilpometres of the capital of the Island, Palma, 12 kilometres south of the international airport and about 8 kilometres from S’Arenal.  There are a variety of different types of beaches, from the isolated and rugged for those people who want peace and quiet to the family beaches with smooth sandy beaches and calm water.  The area can be dominated with cliffs which soar to over 100 metres in height and offer many different touristic activities.  There are cyclists who come here to ride routes which pass through Cap Enderrocat, Cap Blanc, Cala Pi, the sanctuary of Gràcia and S´Èstanyol.
