Cala Blava / Cala Mosca / Cala

This
beach is also known by the names of Cala Mosca and Cala Mosques and is located
about 15 kilometres from Llucmajor, on the south coast of the Island of
Mallorca. It is an uncrowded beach which
is often used by the local people from around the area and is about 30 metres
long and 20 metres wide, and has wonderful views of the bay of Palma. It consists of fine natural sand with crystal
clear water and the sea conditions are often described as calm. It is set in a residential area but the
resulting buildings do not overshadow the beauty of this place. There are no services or facilities on the
beach so make sure you take a picnic and plenty of water. It is easily accessible by car, although you
may find it difficult to find a parking space.
