Calo de ses Lleonardes / Calo de ses Donardes
This semi-urban
beach, also known as Calo de ses Donardes is located about 15 kilometres from
Llucmajor, between Punta de ses Punxes and sa Pesquera Plana o na Plana, on the
southern coast of the Island of Mallorca. It consists of pebbles and natural sand and is about 30 metres long and
4 metres wide and the swimming conditions are usually described as calm. It is mostly the residents of the village who
use this beach and it is only safe to anchor a boat is the weather is good,
owing to the fact that there is little shelter and it may be difficult to
resist the force of the winds from the north to the southwest. It is in u-shape and there are no facilities
on the beach so you may need to take a picnic and plenty of water.
