Es Domingos Grans i Petits
These two
beaches are situated next to each other in the tourist resort of Cales de
Mallorca about 11.2 kilometres from Porto Colom on the east coast of the Island
of Mallorca. The Grans beach is about 80
metres long and 140 metres wide, whereas the Petits beach is 50 metres long and
120 metres wide and are separated by some low cliffs. They both consist of fine white sand which is
cleaned regularly and the swimming conditions are described as calm waters,
making the conditions for snorkelling good. The beach facilities include lifeguard, litter bins, restaurant,
open-air bar and the opportunity to hire sun beds, parasols, hammocks, spas and
pedal boats. They can be crowded during
the peak summer months and is easily accessible both by foot and car, with
about 50 to 100 car parking spaces available. The Vall d’Or golf course us just ten minutes away in the car.
