This beautiful
beach consists of white sand and is situated 12 kilometres from Manacor on the
Island of Mallorca. It is about 350
metres long and 25 metres wide and is well protected from the wind and storms,
making it a perfect place for swimming in the calm and crystal clear water, and
is child friendly with its shallow water and plenty of sand to play on. It is a popular place and can become crowded
during the busy summer months, with a lovely harbour at its southern end and a
rock wall on its northern edge. The
beach’s facilities include lifeguard, litter bins, disabled access, bars, restaurants
and the opportunity to hire sun beds, parasols and pedal boats. It is easily accessible by bus as there is a
bus stop just 50 metres from the beach and there is parking for cars, although
some have a time restriction.
