Platja de Muro - Es Capellans / Caseta / Casetes des Capellans
This beach, named after some small holiday houses of which some were used by priests who fell is love with the area, is located about 2 kilometres from the middle of Can Picafort and at 10.2 kilometres from Muro on the north east coast of the Island of Mallorca. It is about 430 metres long and 28 kilometres wide, consists of natural fine-grained sand with crystal clear water where the conditions are usually described as moderate or quiet. It is a popular place with visitors and is adjacent to the Parc Natural de s’Albufera. The nearest bus stop is about one hundred metres away and there are free spaces for parking a car, and the beach is reached via a juniper wood. There are very little facilities on the beach so you need to be sure to take plenty of water with you.
