Ciutat Jardi
This
beach is located about 5 kilometres east of the centre of Palma, between Playa
de Palma and Palma de Mallorca, on the southern coast of the Island of
Mallorca. It is about 450 metres long
and 35 metres wide and consists of fine natural sand and the water is
shallow. It is a popular beach and can
become busy during the peak summer months and there are great views across the
Bay of Palma. It is the perfect place
for families with lots of space for playing on the sand and there is a large
play area. To the rear of the beach you
will find a four kilometre wide promenade with palm trees and where you will
find cafes and restaurants. The beach’s
facilities include toilets and showers, and the opportunities to hire sun beds
and parasols. There is parking available
in the streets near to the beach.
