Cala Millor
This wonderful
beach is 3 kilometres from Son Servera on the east coast of the Island of
Mallorca. It is about 420 metres long
and 36 metres wide, consists of natural fine sand that slopes gently down into
the crystal clear and shallow water. To
the rear of the beach you will find a promenade which is excellent for walking,
cycling or just looking in the souvenir shop, or eating and drinking in the
many restaurants and cafes. It goes all
the way to Cala Bona, where you will find a beach and fishing harbour. It is a very popular beach, regarded by some
as one of the best on the Island, and can become crowded during the peak summer
months. There is the opportunity to hire
sun beds, parasols and pedaloes and there are lifeguards in operation. There is a jetty where you can take a boat
trip to other nearby resorts. It is the
perfect place for families with small children.
