Poor
There were long queues for over half hour just for a drink, queuing out the door for the restaurant only one snack bar for all 3 hotels. Only 1 hotel does lunch so queues were so long. There were only 3 lifts that worked when they wanted to for ten floors of hotel rooms. The hotel rooms were tiny with no room on the balcony and no tables/chairs etc. For kids it was great in the day for entertainment but at night it was full of drunks and fighting.

Gone down hill
Just got back from the Club Mac complex. We were in the Saturno. I had quite high expectations as had heard some good reviews from previous years, but it has really gone down hill. The place is quite dirty throughout, bins overflowing & piles of sick everywhere amongst other things, they just don't seem to care. Have to get up at 7.30 for a sun bed, and then you are crammed in like sardines. Food ok-ish, not a great choice, constant queues for the restaurants. All had upset stomachs whilst there which I don't normally suffer from and not everything is all inclusive, you have to pay for the kayaks, pedalos, bikes and the 'fair' area. Various activities going on during day, but the staff are not overly enthusiastic to get people to join in and have fun. Maybe better out of season, but I certainly wouldn't recommend staying here in peak season, its just too overcrowded and they can't cope with the amount of people. One big tip, request a low floor as there are only 3 lifts and they do not work properly. A nightmare if on the 10th floor!
