Best Possible Service Guaranteed!!
I stayed in the Alcudia Hotel 2 years ago and I felt I had to write this review as its the best hotel I've stayed in by far. Considering it is only a 3 star hotel the staff were fantastic and bent over backwards to do anything for you. The hotel is positioned only round the corner from Alcudia's golden sandy beach, 2 or 3 blocks away which is about a 5 min walk. There is also a scheduled bus service which takes you direct to Alcudia's waterpark. One of the best things about this holiday was the events organiser called Saoud. He organised games of bingo, archery and even pub quiz nights, infact he got more involved with the hotel clients than the holiday reps did!! There was entertainment almost every night, which when I stayed there, showed Diana Ross & The Supremes which was surprisingly brilliant. Also, they had gymnasts performing stunts which I couldn't even dream of doing!!
I would especially recommend this hotel to families with teenagers as there aren't any kids clubs for young children. However, they do have a kids playground and playroom.
The resort itself if brilliant if you have young children. Only a 30 min bus ride away you will come across a new shopping centre which has quite a selection of shops and it even has a massive zoo for the kids. I was well impressed with the zoo as it had an outdoor area in the theme of a jungle and there were even hammocks to lie on.. pure luxury!
