Sa Coma
Sa Coma appears like a seemingly endless conveyor belt of hotels and apartments behind a pedestrianised beach front. It is a modern development that contrasts with neighbouring, relaxed, more traditional resorts of Cala Moreya and S'Illot, which can be easily reached by footbridge across a freshwater lagoon. Besides the attraction of the beach, the surrounding countryside is of interest to naturalists.
Location: On the east coast, 42 mls east of Palma, slightly less from the airport, along a moderately good road. 3 mls northeast of Porto Cristo.
