The property does have its own rather pathetic pool, which is too exposed to the very busy road. It is an easy walk to the sandy beach behind and transport is readily available to access the port and old town of Alcudia. It should suit couples and individuals wanting to mainly self-cater or use the many restaurants of the resort nearby.

Buses stop along the street outside for Alcudia Port and the Old Town, Puerto Pollensa and major towns such as Palma and Inca. A taxi stop is 10-minutes walk along the main road.
