Straightforward simple apartment option in a busy and central location across from the beach, with many tourist amenities right on the doorstep. It offers breakfast and snack facilities onsite, although a separately owned restaurant is also in the grounds. Basic children's facilities and services are provided, so it is suitable for families, as well as those wanting easy access to daytime and night time resort attractions. Public transport is very handy to access the popular port and old town areas of the resort. Not to be confused with similarly named properties, Sol de Alcudia Apartments and Sol de Alcudia Hotel nearby with which it has no connection.

The property features just the minimal public interior areas including a spacious marble central area with sparse furnishing and a long colourful lounge bar and entertainments room with modern soft furnishings.

Grounds

A green-tiled pool terrace below the building has palm trees around the edge and lots of space for sunbeds under thatched and canopy parasols. A section under large canopy shades is just below the pool level with seating for the snack bar. A rubber-based children's playground and an adjacent children's club are in one corner.

Location

Area Type: In a lively tourist area of the resort, just on the inland side of the main coastal road. It is situated amongst other hotels and apartments and with lots of shops, bars and eateries on the street in all directions. A taxi rank is less than a 5-minute walk away and the buses to Alcudia Port and Old Town stop on the main road.
