Pleasant establishment set in a large, well-vegetated site next to the golf course of the same name. Separately managed spa with a good range of services is also free to use for guests.

Has compact facilities in the main building and a relaxing pool area with a fine outlook to the surrounding countryside. Guests get discounted use of the course at the property and three others in the area. Hire car a must here, as not near a beach or public transport and nothing else in the area.

Does not appear to live up to it's 5-star rating here in the quality of the facilities when compared to other similar offerings on the island.

Best suited to golfers, the health conscious and those wanting to be away from the crowds in the main resorts. The town of Son Servera is well worth a visit especially on market day.

Over 15, pastel-coloured, tiled-roof accommodation blocks. The main building is in Mediterranean-style and similar to that of an old Majorcan mansion. Rooms either have a terrace with a pergola or a balcony.

Interior

Appealing, compact interior with wood beams. Large snack bar and cafeteria with wicker and cane seating and an exterior terrace. A pastel-coloured restaurant also has wood beams and again there is a terrace looking out to the garden. Long narrow lobby with a reception desk by the entrance.

Grounds

Set in large grounds with plenty of lawned sections, olive trees and flowering plants. A raised, paved pool terrace with trees to one side, space for sunbeds by the pool and on a higher terrace section.

Views out to the wooded hillsides from the surrounds. Clay-surfaced tennis courts are just below the pool. Separately managed clothes shop is accessed near the reception.

Location

Area Type: Just off the main coastal road between Son Servera and Cala Ratjada, 2 miles outside the town centre. Little else in the immediate vicinity apart from scattered farm buildings on either side of the road. On the 18-hole Pula Golf Course. A street on the other side of the main road reaches the coastal village of Costa de Los Pinos.
