A spacious green concrete pool terrace below the accommodation with neat hedges is in front of the accommodation and a lawned garden with mature trees is in front of the property.

Lots of space for sunbeds all around the pool under canopy parasols. A wooden snack bar with chairs and tables under large canopy shades is to the side of the pool.

Area Type: On a lively, main tourist street, near the coves of Cala Ferrera and Cala Esmeralda with their sandy, well protected beaches in the narrow inlets. With many tourist shops, cafes and eateries in both directions along the narrow, one-way street outside. A bus stop to the capital Palma, a mini-train and a taxi rank are directly opposite.
