Green concrete pool terrace is enclosed on three sides by the accommodation and has a split-level pool with views out to the sea to the front. Lawned sections front the accommodation and there are palm and pine trees around the edges of the pool area. Lots of space for sunbeds under canopy parasols.

To the front of the property is a public-access pizzeria with a mini-golf course adjacent and a multi-sports court.

Area Type: Just off a lively main tourist street, near the coves of Cala Ferrera and Cala Esmeralda with their sandy beaches well protected in narrow inlets. With many tourist shops, cafes and eateries in both directions along the narrow one-way street outside. A bus stop, mini-train and a taxi rank are directly opposite.
