Mirablau Hotel

Pleasant establishment with well-presented facilities but nothing out of the ordinary. Offers spacious areas both inside and outside and all in a peaceful setting on this little side street.

Little by way of entertainment or for children, so more suited to mature guests and couples wanting to be away from the noise yet still easy to reach the beach and the many amenities on the main street. A bit of a short, uphill walk to the property but should be fine for most guests.

Interior

Large, open-plan central interior with quality woodwork and lots of marble surfacing. Leather sofas are in a lounge section in front of the reception and a long, wood bar is to one side. Bright and colourful buffet restaurant with square pillars.

Grounds

Green concrete pool terrace is near the street just below the ground floor and surrounded by a hedge and low walls. Palm trees and shrubs decorate the edges and there is a covered snack bar area at one end. Adequate space for sunbeds all around the pool under thatched shades or large parasols. A small terrace with tables and chairs is in front of the lobby lounge.

Location

Area Type: On a sloping side street, a few minutes off the main through road of the resort. A 5-minute walk to the centre of the town and the amenities along the street. A bus stop is on the main road below to the capital Palma, 4 miles away. Close to the Royal Palace and the large Porto Pi shopping centre where there are also a good selection of restaurants.
