Peacefully located property, on an elevated side street above the main street and within walking distancee to the beach and amenities, but a little tougher on the way back up.

Ordinary interior facilities, but all pleasant enough and generously sized pools for adults and children. Currently live music only once a week so maintaining the quiet which will suit mature guests and couples.

Easy access by bus to the capital Palma, 2 miles away and for the Porto Pi shops and restaurants in the commercial centre, 550 yards away. Arrangements can be made to play golf throughout the island.

Interior

Unremarkable interior with no real style theme and a complete mix of furnishings. A lobby with greenery style decor leads into a combined bar and lounge with a central stone fireplace feature. Separate buffet restaurant with pink walls.

Grounds

Concrete pool area is surrounded by mature pine and palm trees and overlooked by a few adjacent properties. Sunbeds are laid out mainly on one side of the pool and there are plastic chairs and tables under the shade of a tree serving the snack bar. A further raised terrace by the building has wicker seating under canopy shades.

Area Type: On a sloping side street, in an elevated position, a few minutes off the main through road of the resort. A 5-minute walk to the centre of the town and the other amenities along the street. A bus stop is on the main road below to the capital Palma, 4 miles away. Close to the Royal Palace and the Porto Pi shopping centre.
