Large centrally-positioned property benefiting from a few seconds walk to the wide, sandy beach and in the heart of the resort with many tourist amenities very close by. A fair amount of well-located terraces take advantage of the sea views. Little here for children and very much geared towards couples wanting good quality, on-site facilities with plenty of room for sunbathing, both around the pool and on the beach. A trendy cocktail/cafe-bar is almost opposite and an ideal spot to refresh after a stroll along the promenade!

A wide cream and white, six-storey building with concrete balconies and finished with some natural rock cladding and marble tiling. All rooms have a balcony or a terrace except for a few single rooms.

Interior

Facilities are mainly found on the first floor with spacious rooms and terraces enjoying the sea and park views from this position. A well-presented buffet restaurant and a separate lounge bar with a huge, long service counter, ideal for boozers! Glass-sided lounge with some older-style furnishings adding a bit of interest.

Grounds

The main pool terrace is tiled and has a hedged surround and palm trees all around. A raised, circular lounge area overlooks the pool and has sea views and is above a circular, pool bar. A single line of sunbeds with canopy parasols is around the edge of the pool and more are available by the entertainment stage. Not much privacy from surrounding streets.

Area Type: Among other large apartment and hotel buildings, on a central junction of streets, just off the seafront promenade and adjacent to shops, bars and a small park with palm trees. Tourist office is 25 yards away. A bus stop is right outside for other towns of interest on the island. The central pedestrianised main street is just a few minutes walk way, as is the stop for the resort mini-train.
