Impressive quality shown here for it's rating with appealing and homely interior faciliies and lounge sections and a good choice of pleasant venues, inside and out, to have a drink or food. The pool area seems very restricted for the size of property, but the adjacent lawned areas and the proximity to the small sandy beach compensates.

Well-suited to families with children, particularly with it's proximity to the beach and the lively commercial centre of the resort just yards away. Transport by bus or taxi is handy for those wishing to explore more interesting towns and villages nearby along the coast.

Unusual and brightly-painted, white, peach and pink, curved 9-storey building with round facade windows. All rooms have sea-facing balconies.

Interior

The interior has a quality air with stately, dark wooden panelling, marble surfaces, colourful furnishings and wall artwork. There is a large, bright and attractive main restaurant in pastel shades with a separate, pizzeria cafe area by the pool and some comfortable, homely lounge sections.

Grounds

A tiled pool terrace with a ballustrade surround and looking directly out to sea. Sunbeds are all quite crammed in around the edges of the pool under thatched parasols. An entertainment stage has plastic chairs and tables in front and there is a corner bar with shaded tables and chairs on a terrace outside. Steps lead down to two lawned sunbathing areas and onwards to the beach.

Location

Area Type: Set on a headland, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet position at the edge of the resort with fine sea and coastal views. Overlooks the small cove and sandy beach of Cala Domingos to one side. The main commercial centre of the resort starts 50 yards along the street with it's many shops, bars and restaurants. A taxi rank is five minutes walk away and a bus stop to other island towns and resorts is directly outside. A mini-train also stops nearby.
