Tiled grounds wth a low walled surround and an outlook to inland wooded hillsides. Small trees border the area and there are sunbeds all around the pool. An old, wooden hut houses the snack bar and there is seating adjacent under cover or by the pool under large parasols.

Inland views out to rocky and wooded hillsides. A few local amenites are on the adjacent streets. A taxi rank is 20 yards away and a bus stop is 100 yards away to the capital Palma. Golf course is 200 yards away.
