Eden Playa

Attractively designed apartment complex with an appealing tropical theme throughout, with lots of greenery, bamboo and rock features. Excellent gardens lead directly to the sandy beach via a wooden walkway. A snack bar and restaurant are right beside the rear sand dunes. A full programme of entertainment and services is offered for both adults and children, so it is a good all-rounder establishment but especially suited to families. Although some distance from the central resort, it has a good range of facilities onsite including a spa with indoor pool and there are a selection of tourist amenities on the street outside. For those wanting a little more local flavour, transport links to neighbouring Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are almost outside, as is the Albufera nature reserve.

Interior

The interior is modern and very bright with lots of decorative vegetation throughout and comfortable furnishings. There are extensively glass-panelled areas with a hexagonal indoor bar and entertainment stage. A cavernous buffet restaurant has a high bamboo ceiling and interior trees!

Grounds

Grounds lie between the accommodation with dense tropical greenery and a lagoon pool with rock features around the edge. To one side of the pool is an area sectioned by hedges with the entertainment stage in the centre. There is a thatched beachfront snack bar and bistro with shaded tables behind glass windbreaks. Sunbeds with thatched shades or under trellises are all around the pool.

Area Type: In the area of Playa de Muro, on the outskirts of the resort in a modern development of large hotels and tourist amenities. 1½ mls to the centre of Ca'n Picafort. A bus stops outside, 200 yds away for the centre and also to Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and Palma.
