There are tiled pathways around the grounds with manicured lawned sections, hedges, shrubs and mature pine trees. There is a walkway over the pools and a further wood bridge.

Area Type: On a side street with mainly other apartment accommodation, on the far inland side of the village. The nearest amenities are on the main through road, a 5-minute walk away and the main concentration is on the long commercial street, a 10-minute walk away. Buses stop on the main road for neighbouring Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and major towns such as Inca and Palma.
