Superb gardens to the rear under mature trees with rock walls, tidy lawns and shrubs. Just above the rocky shoreline with a small sandy cove to one side.

A paved pool terrace looks right out to sea with rows of sunbeds and there are many more sunbeds on lawned sections and further small terraces. In front of the building are modern. Double bed-type loungers on wooden decks and a narrow dip pool.

Area Type: On a bend of the narrow, fairly busy coast road and main street, opposite a small parade of amenities and surrounded by residential and tourist properties. Uninterrupted sea views from the rear of the property and along the rocky coastline. A bus stop is 100 yards away to Palma and a taxi stop is 200 yards away.
