An ordinary and basic, self-catering apartment property, peacefully located away from the noise of the centre in the hilly district of Torrenova uphill from the main action. Offers spacious snack bar facilities and a mini-market but little else. Tiny pool but super sea views from this elevated position. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and the nightlife below but a real slog back up the hill to the property. Geared to younger guests who want to spend the day on the choice of sandy beaches and in the lively bars in the evenings.

Exterior

A pleasant, 13-storey, white building with a red tiled roof. The entrance is on the ninth floor with the pool at ground level. All apartments have a balcony and sea view.

Interior

The interior just comprises a compact lobby with a small minimarket on the ninth floor and an adjacent television room. A simple, white-walled snack bar is on the ground floor, which opens to the pool terrace and has a few tables ad chairs.

Grounds

On the ground floor is a tiled pool looking directly out to sea above the rocky coastline just below. A glass windbreak is in front of rows of sunbeds to one side of the small pool. Chairs and tables serve the snack bar counter. A few parasols are on offer for shade. Some shrubs and small trees surround the area.

Location

Area Type: In the hilly Torrenova district of the resort, adjacent to the neighbouring resort of Palmanova with many other hotels and apartments and residences. A steep side street leads down to a wide selection of bars, eateries and toursit shops. A bus stop to the capital Palma and taxis can be found also a the bottom of the hill near the seafront. Fine sea views from this elevated position.
