Plenty of shade from the trees or large canopy umbrellas. Rear access out to the promenade and beach.

A good selection of amenities are closeby. 4 miles to the centre of the capital Palma and a bus stop is 150 yards away. Right outside is a coastal walkway and cycleway which runs all the way to the centre of Palma.
