The pleasant, beige marble lobby has a few cream sofas and an attractive modern restaurant on one side and a small bright cafe bar with exposed stonework and a street side terrace on the other. A comfortable third-floor, wood-panelled lounge bar has a subtle nautical theme.

A compact, red-tiled, third floor pool terrace has a pool under a retractable glass roof and glass sides to the terrace below. The pool is surrounded by wicker chairs and tables. A few steps lead down to a narrow sun terrace overlooking the road with fine views of the boats in the marina. Sunbeds are laid out on the sundeck in rows under canopy parasols. Minimal greenery with just a few potted plants.

Area Type: On the busy main seafront boulevard facing the marina, surrounded by similar hotel properties, residential apartment blocks, shops and eateries. The promenade is opposite for the 15-minute walk into the heart of the city’s tourist area. A bus stop is right opposite for the city centre. A jetty for cruise trips along the coast is just a short way along the street.
