Immaculately presented grounds and garden areas are situated between the two accommodation buildings. A tiled pool terrace has quality metal loungers under large parasols on three sides.

Palms, shrubs and small trees surround the pool. A snack bar has tables and chairs in front under large umbrella-type shades with more seating in front of the restaurant by the main building.

Area Type: In a quiet, leafy residential area surrounded by apartment buildings and houses, adjacent to a small public car park. The main seafront road is 400 yards away with its quality restaurants and cafes. A bus stop to the city centre is a few minutes’ walk away. Coastal cruises can be taken from a jetty on the nearby seafront. The popular city attraction of Pueblo Espanyol is a 5-10 minute walk away.
