A totally enclosed tiled pool terrace with a good-sized pool and space for sunbeds. A fitness room and wellness services plus an indoor pool are at one end of the pool.

Minimal vegetation with just a few lonely-looking shrubs around the edges. To the front of the property is a wide tiled terrace with modern chairs and tables with a water feature just below street level.

Area Type: In a fairly quiet residential district, set back behind a terrace from a leafy side road of apartment buildings and small, local shops and eateries. The seafront with its quality restaurants and the promenade is 800 yards away. 2 miles outside the city centre. Porti Pi shopping centre is one mile away. A bus stop to Palma centre is three minutes’ walk.
