A small, pleasing, modern city hotel in a quiet back street with lots of traditional old buildings all around. It is within easy reach of the seafront and marina area on foot and boasts a private car park 75 yards from the property (a valuable commodity in this part of the city). All very well-presented and bright throughout but offers no pool or exterior areas.

Well away from the noise of the seafront and centre, it would make a good base for sightseers and business guests wanting easy access to the main attractions. The large Porto Pi shopping centre is one mile away.

Area Type: In the El Terreno district, on a tiny, narrow, gently sloping residential side street with a mix of old traditional and modern buildings in the vicinity. The seafront with its marina and promenade is 600 yards away. Bellver Castle is a 20 minute walk uphill inland. Plenty of amenities can be found on the nearby streets and along the main seafront boulevard, where boat trips can also be taken. The nearest bus stop to the centre of Palma is a 5 minute walk away.
