A pleasing, friendly, unpretentious little option which has basic snack bar amenities and a tiny pool. It is geared towards the budget-conscious who don’t mind the 10 minute walk to the beach and are looking for a bit of personal service away from the crowds.

British breakfasts are available onsite and in several venues nearby which attract UK guests. The Pasha nightclub is just a short walk away for a few trendy nights out. May suffer some traffic noise from the adjacent streets but not too intrusive in this area. Sister property is the Martinez Apartments.

A small, tiled rear courtyard provides a modest amount of sunbeds, tables and chairs under a canopy shade by a bar hatch. The pool is squeezed into a corner. Some traffic noise as the side street and main road outside are only on the other side of a wall.

Area Type: At the inland rear of the resort, in the small suburb of Son Caliu, not far from the main coastal highway. On the corner of a main through road and a quiet residential street. A few basic eateries and some shops are nearby. A large supermarket is 250 yards away and a bus stop is 5 minutes walk away.
