Classy, modern self-catering suites establishment with delightful enclosed grounds and lovely dining and drinking locations. The adults-over-16 only rule creates a tranquil relaxing ambience and this is complimented by a spa facility on site. All this quality is somewhat spoiled by its less than attractive location in this outer resort area. It is handy for Palma and walkable to the long resort beach and promenade.

Over three elegant bocks with tall windows, facade pillars and metal balconies. All suites have a balcony or a terrace.

Interior

The central interior is sizeable with lots of glass panelling on two sides giving a bright and airy feel. Furnishings seem rather sparse and are fashioned in an odd mix of contemporary and antique styles. A very appealing restaurant looks out to the pool with canopied exterior seating.

Grounds

Super grounds are enclosed by the buildings with palm trees, tidy lawned sections and terraced covered seating by the bar and alongside the buildings. There is a larger than average pool in the centre.

Location

Area Type: At the inland rear of the resort, opposite a wasteland car park with other large apartment properties, a supermarket and the municipal pool. It is a 10-minute walk to the tourist amenities. A bus for Palma stops nearby on the main road.
