Characterful property with a lot of older-style features reflecting its age dating back over 60 years. There is a stately feel to the interior with some terraced areas outside, unfortunately suffering some traffic noise from the main road. The pool terrace is quite cramped, but the large sandy beach is directly opposite, so it shouldn't present a problem. As it is a ten-minute walk to the central amenities, this gives the opportunity for a pleasant stroll along the seafront. With its ambience, it is more suited to mature couples wanting to enjoy the quality surrounds and the immediate access to the beach. Sister hotel, almost next door is the Pollentia.

Interior

There are homely interior facilities with some original stone features, exposed stonework and wood panelling. The indoor bar has plenty of lounge seating in different sections. A large wood-beamed restaurant has chandeliers. The grand lobby has a wooden staircase to a mezzanine floor.

The grounds comprise a compact tiled pool terrace with a walled surround and a glass windbreak. There is a small selection of sunbeds in two areas around the pool with a few thatched parasols. A further sunbathing area is on a gravel base under pine trees near the road. Restaurant and bar seating is to the front and the side of the building under a covered terrace or parasols.
