A pleasant, bright, self-catering establishment located in a peaceful outer resort area by the seafront. Offers plenty of space both inside and outside with some good sea views from the pool area. Lots of tourist shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance although the walk to the main area is slightly hilly.

There is a tiny rocky and sandy beach section to the rear but access to the sea may be tricky and the main resort beach is a long walk away. Would suit those happy to take a long, tiring walk or public transport to the main beach and centre.

Two, modern terracotta buildings with jutting, angular balconies on either side of a pool terrace. The street entrance is on the second floor. Balconies on all apartments.

Interior

A plain, tidy, tiled lobby has modern sofas, a wood-panelled reception and some stonework. A long, combined bar and buffet restaurant look out to the pool and sea with the partitioned restaurant on a raised level.

Grounds

Spacious, tiled pool terrace between the two accommodation blocks with lots of space for sunbathing or sitting outside the bar. A raised section by the main block has games and an entertainment area.

A summer bar hut is just off the seafront and a rubber-based children’s playground is in one corner. There is direct rear access to a stony beach section with only a little sand.

Location

Area Type: At the north western edge of the resort, set just below a quiet, tree-lined one-way street running around a headland. Beside a rocky shoreline with rear access to the sea. A patch of undeveloped land doubling as a car park is opposite. Access to the entrance is down a sloping drive off a narrow side street. A selection of tourist amenities are a few minutes’ walk along the street and a taxi rank is also a short walk away. Bus stop to Palma, Palmanova and Magaluf is just along the street at the road junction. Church opposite.
