Part of a group of three sister properties all on the same street, namely Santa Ponsa Park, Playa Santa Ponsa and Pionero, which share facilities. The impressive children’s club and an indoor pool are found at the sister property directly opposite. Well-equipped sports facilities are on offer here for the more energetic.

Handy for the beach, just a few minutes’ walk away and the lively central area with its many bars and restaurants. Should suit all ages and those wanting a fun, sociable base with a good range of facilities and in a good location.

Lawned grounds to the rear with a line of trees to one side. Concrete poolside area with sunbeds on the grassy areas. A narrow, tiled terrace under canopy shades has chairs and tables for the bar. To one end of the pool are several sports courts. Also on the grass is a children’s play area.

Location

Area Type: On a side street, just off the main seafront road, beach and a wooded area. A few eateries and tourist shops are along the street, but the main concentration is found a 5-10 minute walk away in the centre. Also at the central roundabout is a taxi rank and a bus stop to the capital Palma and other resort towns.
