A very well-located apartment hotel, benefitting from superb sea views across the bay and set right on the rocky shoreline. On a peaceful side street yet only a few minutes’ walk to the main strip with tourist shops, bars and restaurants, albeit up a short hill.

There is a tiny beach near the property but a better option is the main town beach along the coast which is somewhat further away.

Bright and modern interior facilities with lots of light and a good range of facilities (including an indoor pool) making it suitable for families. Other guests will enjoy the coastal location and good choice of amenities. Usual friendly service associated with this brand.

A large, modern, white building with a flat, windowless street-facing side and protruding balconies on the other. The entrance is on the fourth floor. All apartments have a side sea view or full sea view.

Interior

Smart, modern, colourful interior with lots of glass panelling and a pastel theme. Polished marble and wood reception and lobby with a lounge section and wicker seating. Airy lounge and bar looks out to the pool and leads into a similarly well-placed buffet restaurant with smart wooden furniture.

Grounds

A tiled pool terrace looks directly across the bay, out to sea and has direct access to a small beach via a sloping walkway and a few steps. Sunbeds under thatched parasols surround the pool and there is a wood-covered bar with shaded chairs and tables.

A covered children’s play area is in one corner adjacent to some games. An indoor pool with two saunas is raised just above the exterior pool.

Location

Area Type: On a narrow one-way street, tiered down a low cliff overlooking the rocky coastline. In a quiet section of the resort with other accommodation nearby and opposite a small parade of tourist shops and eateries. The main selection of amenities is a 5 minute walk away on the main street. A taxi rank is 100 yards away, together with the bus stop for the capital Palma and other nearby resort towns.
